As I am sure you are aware COVID-19 is an unprecedented situation that has arisen which organisers have been assessing on a daily basis as to whether to continue to hold Nationals 2020 in Perth Western Australia.

Given the Australian Governments directive regarding mass gatherings, Artistic Swimming Australia would like to officially notify you that it is with deep regret The Hancock Prospecting Australian Championships to be held in Perth in April 2020 has been cancelled.

I understand the disappointment felt by the girls, coaches, parents, officials and wonderful WA hosts however the decision was made with the best interest of all participants in mind.
